Nokia 6310
The Nokia 6310 was launched in 2001 and withdrawn 3 years later, but today re-furbished 6310's are selling well on EBay to buyers who want a simple reliable phone. Although only released in 2001 it is now a considered by some to be a modern design classic. Initially demand came from owners of certain models of Mercedes who really liked the car kit which came installed with the vehicle and didn't want to replace it.
Top Reasons to buy a Nokia 6310
- ease of use - decent sized buttons and not too many of them! it's a phone and it has a simple to use phone book
- it also does SMS and picture messaging
- it has bluetooth to sync your phone book
- you can surf the web using GPRS - but the screen is tiny
- Nokia has excellent battery life because of the simple functions - oh and it has a calculator if you want to get fancy!

I remember these! Ha I still have my first nokia that resembles this one. I still ahve the faceplates and manuels. Ha. I'll be taking it all to the circuit city drop box though. No need to keep it around. I'll recycle it properly.
Nokia is probably the best set you can own.Time for me to change mine.Thanks.
I have a Nokia N95 - Waaayyyy too much for what I need and waaayyyy to complicated but the camera's ok.
My wife needs something a child could use. Oh no a child is way too advanced!!!
I suspect a lot of (older?)people would be happier with a basic phone.
bought a nokia 6500 and its wonderful. but i read a review where it said that it was a poor persons nokia n95.
I don't know. Lissi should I? It's an older one from say 1995 or so.
